Our Mission

We, as a whole, support the mission of In Touch Adult Health ANP-C Pain Management through our intentional presence in all we do. We demonstrate excellence in clinical care by our commitment to evidence-based practice, and delivering culturally competent patient care in a caring and healing environment. We promote innovation in clinical practice, programs, and technology through active participation in shared decision-making and research. We provide a compassionate and respectful environment for all members of our community through our Professional Practice Model and patient-based care.

Debbra L. Hadden MSN, ANP-C

Debbra graduated from high school with her Licensed Practical Nursing degree in 1990, and went on to graduate from Niagara County Community College with an Applied Science Degree as a Registered Nurse in 1993. She continued her education at the University of New York at Buffalo, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and received her Master's Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Daemen College. Debbra believes that the most important aspect in pain management is to help improve one’s quality of life.

Deborah L. Dzielski MSN, ANP-C

Deborah started her nursing career in 1993 when she worked as an LPN for a nursing home. Soon after, she worked at the Children's Hospital of Buffalo, which inspired her to return to school at Erie County Community College and obtain her RN degree. She was accepted into Daemen College in 2003, obtained her Bachelor's Degree in 2005, and continued on to receive her Master's Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2007. Deborah hopes to continue to care for her patients as well as start new patient relationships.

Susan Wegrzyn MSN, ANP-C

Susan has recently joined the In Touch team. She comes to us from UB Neurosurgery with over 10 years of experience.
